FAQ:

Q: Do I need to make orders before the closing date on your blog?
A: The preorders you see on my blog are for the public individual orders.
For wholesales, just hit the min. capping of 5 and I will do a private order for you. No time limit, just hit min. 5.

Q: How long for items arrival, etc?
A: Tentative time flow:
1 ~ 2 days for me to consolidate order and send to supplier
1 ~ 3 days for supplier to confirm orderand get back to me
10 ~ 15 days for KOREAN preorders to arrive
5 ~ 7 days for HK/TW preorders to arrive
1 ~ 3 days for me to pack & send to you

Q: What does the 8% off means? / How much is one tee? (or tank top etc) / How do you calculate one item's price?
Example:
Retail Price for a Indie HeadBand = $8.50
8% off = $8.50 - 8% = $7.82 / pc
(Excludes shipping fees)

Please take note all wholesale orders require at least 5 orders!

Q: I don't get your shipping rates!
A: Example, min qty: 5. $1 flat means order 5 pcs and it's $1 for shipping.
Example min qty: 10, $1 flat means order 10 pcs and above, it's the same price, $1 for shipping

Q: $1.80 for first 5 pieces, $0.10 for every additional piece means?
E.g. You want to order 10 pieces.
Shipping rate will be:
$1.80 + $0.10 * 5 = $2.30

You want to order 5 pieces.
Shipping rate will be: $1.80

Q: I just submitted my order, but the supply rate has increased! :(

I always update my supply rates, whenever supplier change their supply rates too.
In the event that the supply rate is increased when you've made an order but payment not made, a grace period of 12 hours is allowed for you to make payment from the time the order is received. After the 12 hours, the new supply rate will be followed.
Therefore, it is always better to make your order & make payment asap.
